FaScan IDE 1.3.0.3

The PRO and FREE update adds anonymous confirmation of the first successful launch after an upgrade and fixes panel editor restoration after minimize.

Changes

• A version transition reports the first successful launch to the FaScan server once.
• A clean installation creates a local baseline and sends no update report.
• The report contains only product, edition, previous and new versions, and a random installation identifier.
• The identifier is not derived from hardware, user, machine, network, license, or email data.
• Failed delivery remains queued for a later launch; HTTP 200 prevents duplicate counting.
• Panel editor windows now restore correctly after minimize while preserving normal or maximized state.
• The installers include the matching FaScan RT 1.3.0.2 edition.
