FaScan IDE 1.3.0.5

SCADA windows run from IDE PRO through the bundled self-contained RT, while structured diagnostics make user-reported failures easier to investigate.

What changed

Switching a window to RUN in IDE PRO starts the bundled RT automatically; no separate RT installation or manual launch is required.
IDE PRO does not limit the number of RUN windows or their elements.
The RT is shipped only in the FaScanRT directory without an obsolete duplicate beside the IDE executable.
The IDE, bundled RT, and 32-bit CODESYS bridges require no separately installed .NET Runtime.
IDE and RT write structured diagnostic journals under %LOCALAPPDATA%\FaScan\Logs for startup, project, polling, write, historian, and alarm failures.
Installer builds fail if a framework-dependent RT or CODESYS bridge enters the package.

IDE PRO includes RT PRO 1.3.0.3. IDE FREE includes RT FREE 1.3.0.3 and retains the FREE edition limits.
