FaScan RT 1.3.0.2

RT FREE now confirms the first successful launch after an update anonymously, while a clean install is not counted as an update.

Changes

• A version transition queues one anonymous before/after version report.
• The random identifier is not derived from hardware, user, network, or license data.
• Failed delivery remains queued; HTTP 200 prevents duplicate counting.
• The installer captures the previous version before replacing files, while a clean install only creates a local baseline.
• RT startup, FREE limits, CODESYS/Modbus polling, and connection safety are unchanged.
