FaScan RT 1.3.0.3

RT and its CODESYS bridge no longer require a separate .NET installation, while structured diagnostics preserve information for troubleshooting.

What changed

• FaScan RT and the 32-bit CODESYS bridge are published as self-contained applications.
• The journal under %LOCALAPPDATA%\FaScan\Logs\RT records startup, .fasrt loading, driver and watchdog failures, writes, historian, alarms, and audit failures.
• Repeating polling errors are rate-limited; files rotate and are cleaned by age and count.
• RT FREE remains limited to one loaded window.
