FaScan RT 1.3.0.1

This runtime release improves panel-window startup, multi-PLC polling and behavior around temporary CODESYS endpoint failures.

What changed

• Fixed a dangerous CODESYS RT startup race between symbol prewarm and the first poll.
• A failed request no longer disposes the shared runtime session; the failure is contained to its own bridge.
• Added endpoint-scoped reconnect backoff: 5, 15, 30 and 60 seconds, capped at 60 seconds.
• Watchdog budgets now include every required PLC endpoint.
• Reduced rapid bridge respawn and repeated full PLC symbol-table reloads.
• Fixed the duplicate shared XAML `ScrollThumb` resource key that could stop RT before polling.

Who should update

The update matters for panel windows that work with PLCs, use CODESYS V3 symbols or must stay open on an operator station for long periods. RT FREE is suitable for running one prepared panel window.
